What looked like a possible run at a second Super Bowl championship turned into a total disaster for Aaron Rodgers in a matter of minutes.
He tore his Achilles on the very first offensive series for the New York Jets in Week 1 of this season, and following successful surgery, he is now embarking on the long and lonely road to recovery.
Rodgers has vowed to return to the field, and he told Pat McAfee while on “The Pat McAfee Show” that he is visualizing his return to an NFL game in order to manifest it into reality without attaching any timeline to it.
"Visualization is an important part of the manifestation process..
There's no specific timeline but I'm visualization running out of that tunnel to do exactly what I love" ~ @AaronRodgers12 #PMSLive pic.twitter.com/LEf50bbabO

Many of the world’s successful people, whether they’re athletes or not, have used visualization and various other manifestation techniques in order to turn their goals and dreams into reality.
Famed self-help author Napoleon Hill once wrote that “thoughts are things,” and indeed success begins with positive thinking and imagining the right things.
Rodgers, in just his third season as a starter for the Green Bay Packers, led the storied franchise to a world title, but since then, he has endured several painful playoff defeats, including four losses in the NFC Championship Game.
After developing a contentious relationship with Packers management, the team traded him to the Jets during this past offseason, which generated tons of excitement throughout the New York City area.
But instead of a glorious run this winter, the Jets are doomed to remain in purgatory, as is Rodgers, and it is a fair question as to whether his injury will be the beginning of the end of his great career.
