On Saturday, the New York Yankees were looking to bounce back from an 8-4 loss in their series opener against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
And as they looked to bounce back, they turned to their captain and reigning American League MVP Aaron Judge.
Judge hit a solo home run to lead the Yankees to a 6-3 win over Los Angeles in the second game of their three-game set.
But the major highlight of the game took place in the bottom half of the eighth inning when J.D. Martinez hit a line drive to right field.
Judge went back towards the warning track and crashed into the fence that was protecting the Yankees bullpen.
The gate came loose and Judge nearly stumbled inside, but he still managed to come up with a spectacular play.
On Twitter, the Yankees posted a video of the moment when Judge made this amazing catch.

The Yankees were ahead 5-3 at the time, and Judge’s catch ultimately helped keep the Yankees in control of the game.
Judge then waved off the training staff and told them that everything was fine after he had slammed into the fence.
The Yankees added another run on a solo home run by Oswaldo Cabrera in the top of the ninth, but the story of the game was Judge’s play.
Judge put his entire body on the line as he chased after Martinez’s fly ball and nearly paid for it.
But in the end, he made the catch and helped keep the Yankees in command.
