The New York Jets have gone 14 seasons without a playoff appearance.
This offseason, they hired former player Aaron Glenn to do what predecessors Robert Saleh, Adam Gase and Todd Bowles couldn’t do.
So far, it looks like Glenn is whipping the Jets into shape and doing his best to get the organization to respectability.
The head coach recently showed his feisty, no-nonsense side when a reporter asked him if all the players present at minicamp were on the roster.
“You tell me,” Glenn said, via Dov Kleiman.
New Jets HC Aaron Glenn has brought a different type of culture to New York ?
"Is everyone here on the roster?"

On paper, New York’s roster looks to have some talent with Justin Fields at quarterback, Breece Hall at running back, and Garrett Wilson and Allen Lazard at wide receiver.
If everyone on defense can stay healthy, the Jets could have one of the best units in the NFL.
Glenn wants his players to reach their potential and bring the franchise back to the playoffs, and make some noise when they get there.
When Glenn played for New York as a defensive back from 1994 to 2001, the Jets made the postseason twice, including advancing to the AFC Championship Game, which they lost to the Denver Broncos.
After starting his coaching career with the Cleveland Browns in 2014, Glenn moved on to the New Orleans Saints before spending the past four years as defensive coordinator of the Detroit Lions.
New York is Glenn’s first head coaching job in the NFL.
