New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone may be criticized on a daily basis by fans, but there is no denying he is a man of class.
He always takes his time to be there for the media, he cares about the team, and he always treats people around him with respect.
After the Houston Astros won Game 4 of the American League Championship Series in Yankee Stadium and completed a sweep to advance to the World Series, Boone went to the visitors clubhouse to congratulate Dusty Baker, the Astros’ manager.
A player or manager has to be classy both when winning and when losing, and both Boone and Baker were definitely classy.
“Dusty just slipped out of the Astros celebration to meet Aaron Boone at the door to the visitors’ clubhouse. Boone came to give champagne-soaked Dusty a hug. ‘I always love you, you know that,’ Dusty told him,” MLB insider Chelsea Janes tweeted.

The Astros completely outclassed the Yankees in a four-game sweep to advance to their fourth World Series in the last six years.
Boone Congratulated Baker
The Yankees, on the other hand, will enter a crucial offseason in which fans are asking for the heads of several front office and coaching staff members, including Boone himself as well as general manager Brian Cashman.
They haven’t won a World Series since 2009, and pressure increases with each passing year.
Boone and Baker are living two different realities: one is being pointed at on a daily basis, while the other advances to his second straight World Series and looks for his first triumph there.
That didn’t stop them from hugging and embracing in a big post-game moment.
