The Philadelphia 76ers are one of the many title-contending teams in the NBA that have decided to make some changes during this offseason period, with the team recently hiring Nick Nurse to replace Doc Rivers and some moves expected to be made in free agency.
Although all eyes are currently on superstar guard James Harden in Philadelphia, with his decision up in the air at this point in time, another 76ers player could be headed elsewhere this summer.
According to Kyle Neubeck of PhillyVoice.com, Shake Milton may have played his last game for Philadelphia, as he’ll be looking for a more significant role on another team this offseason via NBA Central.

If Harden does decide to go to the Houston Rockets or another team in free agency, that could change Milton’s tune heading this summer as he’d likely have a better chance at having a bigger role and playing more minutes in Philadelphia.
However, Harden seems to be leaning back in the direction of remaining with the 76ers for the foreseeable future, as it appears he may have changed his mind about his offseason plans over the past few weeks.
Last season, Milton averaged 8.4 points, 3.2 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per game for the 76ers while shooting 47.9% from the floor and 37.8% from beyond the arc.
Although these aren’t eye-popping numbers from Milton, the 26-year-old might be able to find another team that can give his career a boost with more minutes on the basketball floor.
Everything in Philadelphia right now seems to rest on Harden’s upcoming decision.
