The Los Angeles Rams are fielding calls from NFL teams for running back Cam Akers.
With Akers missing out on the Rams win during week six, it was the second straight game he missed.
However, those games he didn’t play weren’t because of an injury, which is why the Rams are parting ways with him.
While his time is over in L.A., there are three teams who could use Akers on their roster.
3. Buffalo Bills
The Buffalo Bills are on top of the AFC East with a 5-1 record.
However, quarterback Josh Allen is the one doing all the work on offense.
Not only is he the passing yards leader in the NFL (1980), but he’s also the Bills leader in rushing yards (257).
With him doing all the work in Buffalo, they need a running back that can help the team.
Akers is someone the Bills can use, and fans couldn’t agree more.
Gosh I hope the Bills trade for Cam Akers… 🙏

2. Baltimore Ravens
Lamar Jackson is the Baltimore Ravens leading rusher.
However, Jackson is a quarterback, not a running back, despite what some say about him.
His 451 rushing yards are 267 yards more than Kenyan Drake‘s rushing yards.
With Jackson being basically all the offense for the Ravens, they need a running back to help him.
1. Arizona Cardinals
If the Cardinals want to put together a dream team, getting Akers fits the bill.
He’s a perfect balance for a team relying on quarterback Kyler Murray too much this season.
With Akers, the Cardinals can improve their awful 2-4 start to the season.
It also gives the team an added dimension on offense they clearly need.
