After tireless hours of searching, the Denver Broncos have found their new coach.
Although there were many head coaching candidates during this cycle, Sean Payton was seen as the crown jewel, and he was officially landed by the Broncos yesterday.
Payton has pledged his full support for the team, as evidenced by his most recent social media update.

Payton has already updated his Twitter header to a Broncos helmet and looks to be ready to go for the 2023 season.
This will be Payton’s first head coaching for a new team in over 15 years, considering his tenure with the New Orleans Saints.
Next season, the Broncos will look to improve mightily, especially considering their 5-12 record during the 2022 campaign.
Will Payton be the answer that they are looking for?
After spending over $200 million to acquire Russell Wilson, the Broncos will hope that Payton can help Wilson get back on track.
Payton was instrumental in the success of Drew Brees’ rise to stardom and could help Wilson reclaim his former glory.
With any luck, the Broncos will be able to contend for the AFC West next season, a division that has been won by the Kansas City Chiefs for the past seven years.
The Broncos have just over $9 million in cap space at the moment and could add a few marquee free agents in the offseason.
They do not have a first-round draft pick this season and will have to build their team in creative ways.
The Broncos’ Super Bowl window is open, but just slightly.
This is the year to act.
