The Dallas Cowboys need to turn things around.
Unfortunately, the solution might need to come from outside the building.
There were already some doubts about whether Mike McCarthy was the guy they needed, and this season hasn’t done much to help his case.
Plenty of analysts and talking heads believe he soon will be fired, but finding him a replacement will be difficult.
With that in mind, former HC Rex Ryan claimed they should call Deion Sanders.
Talking on ESPN’s “Get Up,” Ryan argued that they needed someone who took pride in being a Cowboy and knew what that meant.

He compared it to situations like the ones with DeMeco Ryans or Dan Campbell, so it’s not unusual for teams to hire former players.
Sanders has found success in both of his college stints, even leading Colorado to a 7-2 record this season.
He believes that all players will relate to and respect someone like Sanders.
That makes sense, and Sanders has a great relationship with Jerry Jones.
Then again, he’s repeatedly talked about how he wouldn’t want to coach in the NFL because he has too much respect for the game and believes big-money players nowadays don’t usually give their all on the field.
Whatever the case, one thing is for sure: The Cowboys need to go after a big name if they decide to move on from McCarthy, and Sanders should be on their shortlist.
