The Las Vegas Raiders struggled to move the ball — again — on Monday.
The offense ranks dead last in most categories, and that’s despite having two superstars in Davante Adams and Josh Jacobs.
Adams hasn’t hidden his frustration or shied away from controversies this season, and while he hasn’t taken a shot at any player or coach, it’s more than clear that he’s not happy with the team’s offensive display.
That’s why Raiders legend Charles Woodson took to Twitter to echo his support for Adams, stating that he can say whatever he wants after last night’s disappointing game, and he’ll have Woodson’s support.
Davante can say whatever he wants after this game tonight and I’m here for it. 🥹

The Raiders had 157 yards of total offense and ran only 45 plays in the game.
Adams was held to just one catch, and Jimmy Garoppolo was unable to get anything going the entire night.
Aside from a rushing score by Jacobs and a 75-yard pick-six by Marcus Peters, the Raiders failed to get on the scoreboard, and they’ve only scored more than 20 points once this season.
This Raiders team doesn’t look like it’s going to make the playoffs this year, and it doesn’t seem like things will change all that much next year either, at least not with the current coaching staff.
It’s more than clear that Derek Carr wasn’t the problem in Sin City, or at least he wasn’t the only problem.
It’s hard to blame Adams for being frustrated with his situation, but that’s what happens when you go from a Hall of Fame quarterback like Aaron Rodgers to Garoppolo.
