The Baltimore Ravens have just made a massive signing, but not the one many were thinking of.
Most Ravens fans were hoping that they would agree with quarterback Lamar Jackson.
But, that has still not yet happened.
One way the Ravens can try and entice Jackson to re-sign is by giving him a great weapon to throw to.
Baltimore did just that by agreeing to a one-year contract with wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
Beckham missed all of last season recovering from a torn ACL.
It appears that he is fully healthy now and ready to go for the 2023 season.
You can assume that Beckham signed with the Ravens for the opportunity to play with Jackson.
Most wide receivers want to go to a place where they can play with a great quarterback.
According to CBS Sports, Beckham made it clear he wants to play alongside Jackson.
"Lamar if you watching , I would love to get to work with you "👋

Now all of the pressure is on the Ravens front office to bring Jackson back.
The former MVP is looking for a massive contract, one that mirrors what Deshaun Watson got in Cleveland.
Jackson is well worth the money he is asking for.
He is 26 years old and still has his whole prime ahead of him.
The Ravens are lucky other teams have not jumped on the opportunity to sign him.
Jackson will have the Ravens in contention every year he is under center.
Even though he has some injury concerns, it is time for the Ravens to pay their quarterback.
If they do so, they can enjoy the Jackson and Beckahm combo all season long.NEXT: Odell Beckham Jr. Comments On Lamar Jackson's Status
