The New York Jets are doing everything possible to build a legitimate title contender for the 2023 NFL season.
One of those offseason moves might be bringing in veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.
Beckham has been linked to many teams over the past year or so, with the Jets being the most recent.
The Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills, New York Giants and Los Angeles Rams have all been rumored to have interested in the superstar wideout, but nothing has come to fruition leading to the Jets being the next in line.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Beckham’s meeting with the Jets will be “multi-faceted” as the two sides try to find out if they are a good fit for one another.
The #Jets long-awaited meeting with WR Odell Beckham Jr will be multi-faceted. It will include not only a physical but also a thorough discussion of what to expect in an Aaron Rodgers-led offense with a deep WR room. How will it all fit together is a big point of discussion.

There have been a lot of concerns about Beckham as he’s looked for a new home in the NFL, as it seems health issues may be something that has prevented teams from committing to the one-time Super Bowl champion.
However, when Beckham is healthy, the 30-year-old can still be a force to be reckoned with on the football field and a vital piece to a contending team, which the Jets may ultimately be in 2023.
The most pressing business for the Jets is getting a deal done with the Green Bay Packers to bring in superstar quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Despite it seeming like a foregone conclusion, especially after Rodgers said he intends to play for New York next season, the Packers and Jets haven’t seen eye-to-eye on a trade yet.
Beckham added into the mix with Rodgers would make the Jets more interesting and a serious threat in the AFC.NEXT: Fans React To What Jets GM Said About Aaron Rodgers
