The Dallas Cowboys’ decision to elevate Brian Schottenheimer to head coach has sparked widespread debate across the NFL.

Cowboys legend Michael Irvin hasn’t hidden his disappointment, particularly advocating for Colorado head coach Deion Sanders.

Irvin maintains that passing on Sanders represents more than just a missed coaching opportunity. It was a chance to reinforce the team’s identity and build something truly special.
He’s made it clear that if things don’t pan out under the new leadership, his voice advocating for Sanders won’t be silenced.
