The Kansas City Chiefs have only scored 30 points in a game twice this season.
They’re still 15-1.
Moreover, it seems like they’re peaking at the right time.
That’s why, even though there are some great teams in the league right now, Maxx Crosby still believes they’re the team to beat.
Talking to Jim Gray on Mad Dog Sports Radio, the star defensive end claimed that the Chiefs remain the league’s biggest threat.
“You’ve got to look at KC as the number one threat.”

They’re still the defending back-to-back champions.
The Chiefs haven’t looked as dominant this season, but they survived a brutal ten-day stretch in which they won and dominated all three of the opponents they faced.
They just got Marquise “Hollywood” Brown back on the field, and more than that, they have one of the best defenses in the league.
If that wasn’t enough, they have the best offensive play-caller in the business in Andy Reid.
Patrick Mahomes has that clutch gene that makes him the last person anybody wants to come across in a win-or-go-home situation, especially when the game is on the line.
They might not look as solid as the Philadelphia Eagles or Detroit Lions, and the Buffalo Bills have already beaten them this season.
Then again, the playoffs are a different beast altogether, and that’s a beast Mahomes and the Chiefs have tamed over and over throughout the years.
They’re sitting on the throne, and until someone else takes them down, they’re still the best team in football.
