All NBA fans agree that Bronny James will have his work cut out for him if he enters the league.
Because of his father’s legacy and talent, all eyes will be paying close attention to Bronny and expecting true greatness from him.
On the latest episode of “The Pat McAfee Show,” Kendrick Perkins said that people need to go easy on Bronny.
“It’s unfair to compare or to hold him to the same standard of a LeBron James,” Perkins said, according to a video shared by NBA on ESPN.

Perkins admitted that Bronny will probably never reach the levels that his father has, which isn’t a controversial thing to say.
But he does think that the USC freshman could someday be an important part of an NBA team and might have a respectful career.
He is pleading with people to lower the bar they have set for Bronny.
Instead, Perkins claims that Bronny should set the bar for himself.
Bronny has been in the limelight for years now, ever since it became apparent that he could follow in his father’s footsteps.
He has become the most famous son in the history of the NBA and that has caused many people to tune in whenever he takes the court for USC.
His first year playing in college has been a mixed bag and it’s clear that he still has a lot to work on and isn’t at the level that some people expected.
But that might be because expectations were just too high for him in the first place.
In the next few weeks, Bronny will have to sit down with his family and decide his next steps.
Will he remain with USC for another year or throw himself into the wildly competitive and challenging world of professional basketball?
