The Indianapolis Colts have the best running back in the NFL right now. Jonathan Taylor is on a level all his own, dominating like nobody else.
Nevertheless, he still has the utmost respect for one of his colleagues. Following his team’s Week 10 win against the Atlanta Falcons in Berlin, Taylor offered candid advice to Bijan Robinson.
“You next up, man. You’re the one that’s gonna take this game to new heights. Stay consistent. Every time you get a chance, make plays. Be undeniable. You gotta have [No.] 7 on the field. You gotta have 7 in the building. Bro, you’re special. Keep your work ethic,” Taylor said to Robinson.

Robinson is one of the most talented running backs in the game. He can line up all over the offense, and his pass-catching skills are topped only by his ability to break big plays on the ground.
Unfortunately, the Falcons’ offense has arguably held him back. Yet, he’s one of the few players, along with Christian McCaffrey and Robinson, who could easily top 150 yards from scrimmage in every game.
Taylor has separated himself from the pack this season, leading the league in yards from scrimmage and total touchdowns. It’s a shame that NFL MVP voters rarely give running backs any consideration, as he’s been among the clear-cut candidates this season.
The Colts have one of the most prolific offenses in the game. Fans can only wonder what Robinson’s stats would look like if he played on a team like that.
In the meantime, he’ll have to settle for trying to put Atlanta’s offense on his shoulders. He certainly has the talent to do so.
