The Las Vegas Raiders have lost their last ten games.
The team was 2-2 at one point in the season.
Even with a questionable quarterback situation, they still beat a legitimate Super Bowl contender like the Baltimore Ravens.
Unfortunately, their excitement was short-lived.
And according to a report by Josina Anderson of The Athletic, that might also be the case with Antonio Pierce’s coaching tenure.
In her latest column, she reveals that the team is currently considering its options.

She also adds that Tom Brady will most likely have an input on what they do.
While he is not expected to be active or take a hands-on approach to everyday operations or decision-making, team owner Mark Davis will listen to what he says.
Raiders players rallied behind Pierce last season.
Some players even threatened to request a trade if they didn’t hire him back as their full-time head coach.
They trusted him after he took the reins off from Josh McDaniels, playing hard and closing the season on a high note.
That doesn’t seem to be the case anymore; clearly, something has changed.
Pierce doesn’t seem to be the person they need to call the shots right now, and if they actually let him go, it’ll be interesting to see which candidates they consider in the offseason.
