The Green Bay Packers have a lot of weapons on both sides of the ball.
However, football is won in the trenches.
That’s why having strong offensive and defensive lines is a must for any hopeful contender.
Notably, that’s why the Green Bay offense might not be able to live up to its potential.
Former NFL QB Dan Orlovsky recently revealed a concerning stat about the Packers’ offensive line.
“Jordan Love is being pressured (28.1% of dropbacks) at the highest rate any Packers QB has in a season under Matt LaFleur,” Orlovsky wrote on X.

Love has excelled at buying some time or getting rid of the ball quickly, and he hasn’t made as many erratic throws as he did in the past.
Even so, he’s not getting much help.
The offensive line has also failed to run block, causing Josh Jacobs to be hit at or behind the line of scrimmage and less efficient than he’s usually been.
Unfortunately, this isn’t much of a surprise.
The Packers moved veteran guard Elgton Jenkins to center, and he’s struggled to take control as that position requires.
More than that, they’ve also had some injuries, with guard Aaron Banks and tackle Zach Tom each missing time.
Whatever the case, there’s no room for excuses from a team with Super Bowl aspirations and potential.
Regardless of how things end this season, the Packers have to fix the offensive line, whether it is by making some trades or adding talent in the NFL Draft.
