The Milwaukee Bucks are entering the 2023-24 season as one of the favorites to lift the NBA Championship following the blockbuster trade for Damian Lillard.
Lillard’s arrival helped the Bucks make a strong team with the dynamic duo of Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton.
While Middleton’s a good player, most are excited about seeing Antetokounmpo and Lillard playing together.
The Bucks even teased the duo with a phenomenal video via the team’s official Twitter handle, drawing comparisons to the legendary duo of Oscar Robertson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.

In 1971, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Oscar Robertson led the Milwaukee Bucks to the NBA Championship.
The duo led the team to an easy 4-0 win against the Washington Wizards.
50 years later, Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks to only the second NBA Championship in franchise history.
Now, Antetokounmpo may bring another NBA title to the organization with the help of Damian Lillard.
Lillard averaged 32.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 7.3 assists per game for the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2022-23 season.
The 33-year-old superstar is in the final stretch of his prime and it’s good news for the Bucks.
If Lillard and Antetokounmpo can bring just one NBA title to the team, the blockbuster trade will be worth it for the organization.
The dynamic duo is all set to make its debut against the Los Angeles Lakers in their preseason matchup today.
