The Brooklyn Nets have been one of the most controversial teams over the past few seasons.
The beginning of the end started when the Nets signed both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant in the offseason of 19-20.
Amid many moves the Nets made, they brought in forward Ben Simmons last season.
Trading James Harden to the Philadelphia 76ers for Simmons was a move they needed to make.
Harden wanted out, so they got the most they could for him.
But, Simmons has struggled during his time with the Nets.
Not only is he rarely available to play but when he does he looks like a shell of his former all-star self.
So far this season Simmons is averaging 6.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 6.1 assists per game.
Simmons had turned into a role player at best, and his unwillingness to shoot the ball is glaring.
Now that Durant and Irving are out of Brooklyn, it seems like Simmons might want out as well.
He recently deleted all of his Instagram posts for an unknown reason.

No one knows what is going through Simmons’ head, ever since he decided to hold out in Philadelphia his career has been a mess.
But, if he wants out of Brooklyn, there might not be very many teams interested in his services.
Simmons has to show he can play a full season without any drama to become worth it for NBA teams.
For now, Simmons has to finish this season with the Nets, then they might entertain moving him in the offseason.
