Because of all the moves they have already made this offseason, you would think the Phoenix Suns would be done with roster adjustments.
But that might not be the case.
According to Danny Marang on the Danny & Dusty show, via Dru on Twitter, the Suns are looking to upgrade a couple of positions via a trade.
“In moving Deandre Ayton, [Phoenix’s] goals are to get a big and a point guard,” Marang said.
He added: “As much as they have Book and Beal to run their offense, they want an emergency ball handler.”
Marang then said that the team has been thinking of getting Kyle Lowry but he’s just too expensive.
However, TJ McConnell is apparently still on their radar.

Up until recently, it did sound like the Suns were going to sit still as the new season approached.
They had made a number of acquisitions and changes and it was time to just focus on the work ahead.
But they are now allegedly part of the rumored trade package being built around Damian Lillard.
If they get involved as a third team in that trade, they can ship away Ayton and get something in return for him.
Obviously losing Ayton would mean they’d need a replacement for him.
However, it is somewhat surprising to hear they want yet another guard to play backup behind Devin Booker and Bradley Beal.
The Suns are clearly intent on being a team with an incredibly deep roster.
That means they are looking to ship away Ayton and get at least two players in his place.
They are currently cash-strapped and with a lack of choices but can the Suns make a couple more big moves before training camp starts?
