Quite a few people have been paying close attention to the NBA preseason this year, including every game of the Philadelphia 76ers.
People have been tuning into the 76ers to see a lot of things: is Joel Embiid still in prime form, is P.J. Tucker fitting in, is James Harden still healthy and playing with drive and speed?
They have been witnessing all of that and one other great thing: the hard work of Tyrese Maxey.

Maxey has been doing terrific during the preseason games.
The star player has been present and energetic and driven for all three games and has been a part of some wonderful plays.
It’s no surprise that the 76ers have won all of their preseason games with Maxey assisting them so much.
Maxey To The Max
During the three preseason games, Maxey has been shooting 66% from the three-point line.
He has been getting off to a wildly fiery start during each game: on Monday night, he scored 15 points and went 4-of-6 while making all three of his three-pointers.
In the end, Maxey scored 19 for the night in just 25 minutes of playtime.
This is exactly what Philly fans wanted to see from Maxey.
He is growing as an offensive player and might be on his way to his first All-Star appearance if he continues to play as he has been in the preseason.
As much as people talk about Embiid and Harden, the entire team will need to step up and achieve more if they wish to reach the Eastern Conference Finals and beyond.
For this preseason, Maxey has scored 60 points in 54 minutes.
He is obviously ready to step up in a huge way.
