After the Houston Texans got a close road win over the rival Indianapolis Colts in Week One, they decided to make a couple of roster moves.
According to NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero, the team placed veteran cornerback Jeff Okudah (hip injury) on injured reserve.
Additionally, the team also signed veteran cornerbacks Desmond King and Troy Pride to the practice squad.

Starting with Okudah, the former first-round pick by the Detroit Lions out of Ohio State just cannot seem to catch a break when it comes to health.
Still just 25 years of age, the former All-American has played in over 10 games just twice in his young career.
Now on his third team in the last three years, Okudah will look to nurse his hip injury in an effort to get back on the playing field.
When it comes to Desmond King, the former Big Ten Defensive Back of the Year out of Iowa is on his second stint with Houston.
A former All-Pro with the Chargers, King can lend some great experience to Houston if he is promoted to the active roster at some point in time.
The former fifth-round draft pick has 473 career tackles, 35 career pass deflections, and nine career interceptions.
With Troy Pride, the Texans are simply adding another veteran to the practice squad for depth purposes.
A former fourth-round pick out of Notre Dame in 2020, Pride is now on his fourth team.
He has 42 career tackles and two career pass deflections to his name at the NFL level.
