This is an interesting statement because most people don’t always consider Curry and James to be major rivals like Magic Johnson and Larry Bird were.
That is mostly because they are very close friends off the court, and there have even been rumors of them playing together on the same team as their careers come to a close.
But their fierce competitiveness was on full display during their Christmas Day matchup.
James and his Los Angeles Lakers won that game, but it wasn’t the first time the two players faced off.
Throughout their careers, they have played against each other many times, including several NBA Finals appearances.
