Head coach Steve Kerr seemed a little ticked off when he was talking about the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night.
The team had just lost their game to the Miami Heat, which was obviously a disappointing result.
But perhaps more disappointing was the number of carry violations that were called against Warriors player Jordan Poole.
Poole was called for a carry not once, not twice, but three times.
Steve Kerr & Draymond talk about Jordan Poole getting called for 3 carry violations.

Kerr thinks that the whole situation was a little blown out of proportion and he made his opinion known.
Joking that he thinks there was an email sent from the league saying that referees were going to enforce the violation more often, Kerr said that he didn’t “get the email.”
He continued:
“The whole league does that. They’ve been doing it ever since Iverson convinced the refs it wasn’t a carry. It is a carry. What Jordan does is a carry.”
Whether everyone else really does carry or not, the reality is that Poole was called on it and it hurt the team in the long run.
It should definitely be something addressed in the future.
Poole’s Problem
Poole has become a very talented and resourceful shooter for the Warriors and has entered this season playing better than ever.
That’s why it’s such a shame to see him give up multiple possessions for something simple like a carry.
Kerr is right: everyone in the league does carry at one time or another, and they are not often caught and called out by referees.
Still, a rule is a rule and the only way to avoid the violation is to not carry the ball.
You can bet that Poole and the rest of the team will be talking about this – and looking to fix it – over the next few days.
