Bruce Arians and Tom Brady have a brief history together with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The team would bring in Arians for the 2019 season, one year removed from his retirement from coaching.
Next, they would sign Brady in 2020 and start building a team for the future.
Brady has credited Arians for bringing him down to Tampa.
Some people say they didn’t get along.
These rumors would sound a lot like the ones that pushed Brady out of New England.
People said Brady and Belichick didn’t get along and that’s why he left.
Can somebody please explain why gronk and Brady left ? Bc they didn’t get along w belichick ? Is that what’s up ?

He would retire this year, with people saying the retirement was due to him and Arians having a poor relationship.
However, he is back and Arians is gone.
So what are three reasons that Brady could have for wanting Arians gone?
3. Arians Didn’t Approve Of Brady And Byron Leftwich’s Game Plans
Your game plan for the team makes or breaks you.
Brady and Leftwich felt their plans were the best for Tampa Bay.
However, that’s reportedly not how Arians felt on the matter.
Reports came out last season that Tom Brady and Byron Leftwich would have their week’s game plan ready and Bruce Arians would come in and essentially rip it up. He would push back on the game plan he received from them.
No one likes rejection, especially Brady.
He has always felt he needs to prove a point to everyone.
That drive comes from teams looking him over in the NFL Draft.
It also comes from sportscasters and football pundits that thought less of him.
That makes what Arians did a good reason for Brady wanting him gone.
2. Brady Wants Full Control Of The Offense
With Arians gone, that gives Brady pretty much full control of the offensive planning.
He and Leftwich have a great working relationship.
The relationship would appear like Leftwich would let him run the show.
Brady has a Ferrari on offense and they could trust no other quarterback in the NFL more than him.
Giving him the keys and free rein to the offense wouldn’t be outside the realm of possibility.
When things go right, a working relationship helps both parties.
However, if things go wrong, people will point fingers.
But we are talking about Brady here.
If anyone can keep things going in the right direction, it’s him.
1. Arians Was Publicly Critical Of Brady At Times
First, let me say Brady is a very coachable quarterback.
He studies game film and always wants to correct any mistakes that he has.
However, publicly announcing to the press why you think he made mistakes can cause issues.
Belichick wasn’t one to criticize the seven-time Super Bowl champion in public.
He left that for private team meetings.
Arians isn’t the same as Belichick, and people saw that right out of the gate with him and Brady.
Arians on Brady's performance: "He has had it before and he knows how to bounce back. He knew he did not play very well … I would expect him to have a little bit more grit and determination next week"

He would shred his star quarterback during a press conference after their opening game loss to the New Orleans Saints in 2020.
The deserving criticism came after a poor performance against a division rival.
However, doing it on a public stage isn’t the best option for that criticism.
In the end, Brady used that criticism to bring Tampa Bay a Super Bowl championship.
However, he could still be upset with the criticism being aired publicly.
