The Los Angeles Rams went from Super Bowl champions to 5-12 in just one season.
Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp suffered injuries, Allen Robinson II didn’t provide the spark they were hoping for, and the issues just kept coming in Los Angeles.
Now, the future of head coach Sean McVay is up in the air as he doesn’t want to have to go through a rebuild.
With a TV offer potentially waiting for McVay, there is serious buzz about him leaving the NFL and beginning a new chapter of his career.
Some people aren’t too thrilled about it, but one Rams analyst backed McVay on his potential decision to leave the NFL.
The "weak move" narrative surrounding McVay potentially leaving needs to stop. Quite simply, it's gross and completely disrespectful to everything McVay has done for the organization.
Either we take mental health seriously, specifically men's mental health, or we don't.

“The ‘weak move’ narrative surrounding McVay potentially leaving needs to stop. Quite simply, it’s gross and completely disrespectful to everything McVay has done for the organization. Either we take mental health seriously, specifically men’s mental health, or we don’t,” per Blaine Grisak of Turf Show Times.
Burnout has been a popular reason for McVay potentially leaving, and you can’t fault him for that, either.
McVay has worked wonders in LA and has brought a Super Bowl to the organization, so he will forever be one of the most appreciated people in the franchise.
The NFL world is a difficult one, and the Rams don’t have many draft picks after trading away a ton last year in pursuit of a Super Bowl, so the road will get even more difficult for them from here on out.
If McVay leaves, let’s not forget everything he has accomplished in Los Angeles.
