The New York Giants are shocking everyone with their amazing 5-1 record.
However, that record isn’t the only shocking bit of news from the Giants this season.
While they are winning games, they have an embarrassing stat with their wide receivers.
So what is this embarrassing stat and will it affect their 2022 season?
Kenny Golladay And Kadarius Toney Have Yet To Catch A TD Pass
The Giants spent 2021 getting two top level receivers for Daniel Jones.
They signed Kenny Golladay to a $70 million deal while drafting Kadarius Toney.
However, neither player has a touchdown since joining the Giants.
What makes this even more embarrassing is how their left tackle, Andrew Thomas, has more TDs than them.

While seeing offensive linemen getting touchdowns is rare, seeing them with more TDs than two star receivers becomes embarrassing.
After shelling out millions for someone who the Giants thought could help their passing game, they are left to finding help elsewhere.
While the stat covers last season, as well as this season, it’s not all over for the Giants and their two star receivers.
Toney And Golladay Can Redeem Themselves When They Return From Their Injuries
When the Giants went against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, they did so without Toney and Golladay.
Both receivers were out with injuries, but could make a return soon.
When they come back, they will have a red-hot team to work with.
With pressure on the Giants to continue winning games, these two receivers can redeem themselves.
If they don’t, they will embarrass the Giants in what seems to be an otherwise wonderful season for them.
