Believe it or not, the Sacramento Kings are one of the best teams in the NBA.
They are currently the third seed in the West and have a powerful and dominant 28-21 record.
Some people thought they would start strong and then fade as the season went on but the Kings have remained consistent for some time.

For the season, they are currently the best for points per game, second in offensive rating, third in field goal percentage, and fifth in assists per game.
This is easily their best season in more than 16 years and fans of the team are certain that the playoffs finally await them after so much time.
Sure enough, it seems very likely that they will return to the postseason.
That is somewhere they haven’t been since the 2005-06 season when they lost in the first round.
For years, the Kings have been a running joke in the NBA but they are finally a team that is actually feared by many.
What has caused such a tremendous turnaround?
The star power of De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis, Kevin Huerter, Harrison Barnes, and others cannot be understated.
But other young athletes like Malik Monk and Keegan Murray are also making the Kings look downright royal.
Finally, much praise must also be given to the team’s new head coach, Mike Brown.
Brown had his work cut out for him when he was signed to the team in the summer.
But he pledged that the Kings would be better than they have been in years.
He was right.
Because of the team’s young, driven talent and the basketball IQ of Brown, they are finally delivering to fans.
