One of the interesting storylines headed into the offseason was what the Cincinnati Bengals would do with wide receiver Tee Higgins.
He is one of the most dynamic players in the league, but he is entering the final year of his contract.
There was some speculation that the Bengals may look to trade Higgins.
With quarterback Joe Burrow and wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase needing new deals, Higgins might be the odd man out.
Yet, the Bengals have made it very clear they plan to keep Higgins.
Some fans have even been comparing him to former Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco.
According to NFL on ESPN, Higgins plans to create his own legacy.

Many fans do not see the comparison between the two receivers anyway.
They each had a different skill set.
Especially since Tee and Chad are completely different WRs.

Higgins is switching to the No. 5 because he knows that is a number he can make his own.
Also, that was the number he wore in college.
Build that legacy Tee💪

It will be interesting to see if the Bengals are going to give a massive extension to Higgins.
He would be a number-one receiver on plenty of teams in the league, but he is the WR2 in Cincinnati.
Still, he is worthy of a big contract and the Bengals will have a tough decision.
Plenty of fans from opposing teams would gladly welcome Higgins onto their team.
We can make sure #5 is available in @BuffaloBills after next season 😉

It will be interesting to see if the star wide receiver can get a new contract before the season.
If not, he might be looking at free agency for 2024.
