The Orlando Magic have a bright future in front of them.
Their record from last season may not reflect it, but they were one of the most entertaining teams to watch.
And they figure to be just that for many more years to come, as they recently announced that they picked up their third-year option on Paolo Banchero, as well as their fourth-year team options on Jalen Suggs and Franz Wagner.

Needless to say, this was a no-brainer move for the organization, as they figure to be three of their franchise cornerstones.
Suggs’ career didn’t get off to the best start, either because of injuries or inconsistency, but that might also have to do with the logjam at the guard position.
They now have Anthony Black as the likeliest lead guard, which leaves the door wide open for either Cole Anthony and/or Markelle Fultz to be shipped away in a trade.
Wagner, on the other hand, has been one of the best and most underrated young players in the league, a lethal scorer from all three levels who can guard and play both forward spots.
But of course, the crown jewel is Banchero, the former No. 1 pick and reigning Rookie of the Year, who’s coming off a very positive summer working out with Team USA.
Banchero has the handles and playmaking skills of a guard and the size of a combo forward, and he figures to be one of the most explosive and well-rounded scorers in the game for years to come.
