From talking about the Earth being flat to his opinions about Boston Celtics fans to his stance on the COVID-19 vaccine, Kyrie Irving of the Brooklyn Nets is known to make waves.
In fact, over the last few seasons, Irving has become one of the most controversial figures in the NBA.
He is known for his strong viewpoints as well as his insistence on being vague and cryptic during press conferences and in statements to the media.
And he seems to be loving every second of it.
Kyrie Irving acknowledged he enjoys being vague lol:
"I just throw darts and let the rest of y'all figure it out."

On Wednesday night, Irving was asked about being vague and he said: “I just throw darts and let the rest of y’all figure it out.”
In other words, Irving is just being Irving – and that’s not going to change any time soon.
While his personality might ruffle some feathers, the way he plays is bound to make many Brooklyn fans happy in the weeks ahead.
No Sleep In Brooklyn
After months of not being able to have him and then a few more months of not being able to have him full-time, the Nets are very happy that Irving is playing every game now.
He has averaged 27.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 5.7 assists a game.
He has been a major difference-maker on the floor and has been in great shape – just like Brooklyn wanted and needed.
Irving’s performances will be very important in the weeks ahead.
The Nets are still trying to dig themselves out of the hole they are in after a rough mid-season.
They are about to enter the play-in tournament with hopes of battling into the playoffs.
If that’s going to happen, Irving will be a huge part of it.
He can make as many vague comments as he wants – all that matters to the Nets is that he keeps playing well.
