Los Angeles Lakers superstar forward LeBron James has made a career of being one of the most imposing figures on the basketball court in the NBA, as he’s pure muscle and uses that strength to get to the basket at will, even while approaching 40 years old.
Zion Williamson of the New Orleans Pelicans is one player who plays the same position and seems to be following in James’ footsteps in terms of being a force to be reckoned with physically on the basketball floor.
Although Williamson has battled his fair share of injuries over the course of his NBA career up to this point, when he’s healthy, he’s a handful to deal with, as he can change a game with his physicality, which seems to be something that even James has struggled to deal with over the years.
Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green knows all too well what it is like to guard Williamson, as he recently opened up about the toll it takes on his body to try to defend the Pelicans superstar forward via Legion Hoops.
“He ain’t just strong, he’s powerful,” Green said. “Taking him on two days in a row – my back hurt, my hips hurt, I’m banged all up. I’m hurt, brother.”

This is an interesting admission by Green, as he doesn’t usually give opponents an edge like this, but apparently, the veteran forward felt the need to say this about Williamson.
The real question now is whether Williamson can stay healthy moving forward and show the league and its fans what he can do.
