Bruce Arians and Tom Brady have developed a close relationship in the past year.
Brady has talked many times about how much respect and great chemistry they have as a quarterback and coach.
“I’ve got a great relationship with B.A., and we talk every day,” Brady said. “I’ve got a lot of respect for him and how he runs the team and so forth.
Arians also recently talked about how there is nobody on the roster competing harder in camp right now than his quarterback.
With Tom Brady turning 44 tomorrow, Arians didn’t hold back on a birthday present he has planned for Brady.
The Birthday Gift
According to Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat reporter Scott Smith, Arians will be giving Brady the day off for his birthday.
Tom Brady turns 44 tomorrow. Bruce Arians says it's amazing what he's been able to do at his age, and also that he's going to give Brady the day off.

“It’s amazing the fire that burns in him that makes him do this,” Arians said, per Buccaneers beat reporter Scott Smith. “There’s nobody out there competing any harder than him. Yeah, it’s awesome. We’ll throw him a bone and give him a day off.”
Many have to wonder if the competitor that is Tom Brady will allow himself to take the day off.
Brady has been quoted in the past of saying that leaders of the team should not have days off.
“When you’re one of the leaders of the team, there are no days off,” Brady said.
The Bucs winning the Super Bowl this past year seemed to bring the quarterback and head coach even closer.
It has been reported that Brady loves Arian’s coaching style.
