The Cleveland Browns‘ quarterback problems are not yet over.
While they signed Deshaun Watson to a five-year, $230 million deal, they must deal with Baker Mayfield as well.
The former Oklahoma standout is still under contract with the Browns after the team exercised their fifth-year option.
However, they are also actively looking for a trade partner for the quarterback that helped them break a 17-season playoff drought.
As of now, there are no takers for Mayfield, and current ESPN analyst Bart Scott tried to paint a grim reality, as NFL reporter Ben Axelrod shared.
Bart Scott went in on Baker. Said he's the 33rd best QB in the league and there's not a market for a quarterback with his skillset.

Axelrod tweeted, “Bart Scott went in on Baker. Said he’s the 33rd best QB in the league and there’s not a market for a quarterback with his skillset.”
As always, sports media personalities say something grandiose to attract attention, be it good or bad.
That said, quantifying Scott’s claim of Mayfield being the league’s 33rd-best quarterback would be difficult.
However, it doesn’t look too good for him if his desire is to remain a starter for the 2022 season.
Most teams have settled at quarterback and there’s a good chance that he will end up as a backup at best.
Where Will Mayfield Play In 2022?
His prospects are not looking good now that spots all over the league have filled up.
He could end up being a starter for another team, but the chances of that happening are slim.
Therefore, it’s highly likely that Mayfield may have to be cut by the Browns.
