Star Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco returned to the starting lineup on Friday against the Las Vegas Raiders after missing almost the whole season with a fractured fibula.
The former seventh-round pick rushed seven times for 44 yards and caught one pass for five yards in his return to the field.
Chiefs head coach Andy Reid recently spoke to the Kansas City media about how his running back is feeling after the game.
“He came out healthy, feeling good,” Reid said Wednesday.
Expect Isiah Pacheco's usage to ramp up in the coming weeks.

Reid also mentioned that he expects his star running back’s usage to ramp up throughout the season.
Pacheco has been a real weapon on the ground for this Kansas City offense.
He recorded 1,179 scrimmage yards and nine total touchdowns in 2023 as he helped the Chiefs win their second consecutive Super Bowl.
If he can return to that form, stopping this Chiefs team in the playoffs might be tough.
They have a loaded group of pass-catchers headlined by All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce and All-Pro wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins.
Both are likely headed to Canton, Ohio, when their storied careers are over.
Having a speedy skill player like Xavier Worthy doesn’t hurt things.
Whether it is Pacheco, Kareem Hunt, or Samaje Perine, this offense has a stable of veteran backs who can grind out yards left and right.
If all else fails, quarterback Patrick Mahomes is still the one who is throwing the football back there.
