ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter reported that New Orleans Saints quarterback Jameis Winston is doubtful to play in Week 4 after missing his third consecutive practice due to back and ankle issues.
Therefore, veteran play-caller Andy Dalton will take over when the Saints face the Minnesota Vikings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England.

With Winston indefinitely sidelined, Dalton has been taking first-team reps over the last few days.
Meanwhile, Taysom Hill is having reps with the reserves.
Winston was listed as questionable for their Week 3 game against the Carolina Panthers because of the same injuries.
However, he played on and finished with 353 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions.
The top overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft has thrown five picks in their last two games, ending in losses.
The Red Rifle Is Back In Action
The Saints are the fourth squad Dalton will play for in his 12-season NFL career.
He was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the second round of the 2011 draft and stayed there until 2019.
The Bengals had four postseason appearances during his tenure but do not have any wins.
After which, he signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys and had an opportunity to play extensive minutes when Dak Prescott went down with a season-ending injury.
He then signed a one-year deal worth up to $13 million with the Chicago Bears in 2021.
The former TCU standout started Chicago’s first two games last season before suffering a knee injury.
He signed a one-year deal with the Saints after his stint with the Bears.
Dalton is a three-time Pro Bowler and has completed 62.2 percent of his passes as of last season.
He has 35,279 passing yards, 226 passing touchdowns, and 22 rushing scores.
