The Pro Bowl rosters for the 2024 season have just recently been announced.
According to NFL insider Ari Meirov, four teams in the league had zero players make the Pro Bowl.
The New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Miami Dolphins, and Tennessee Titans all are without Pro Bowl players this season.
Judging by each team’s records, this is not surprising.
Teams with no Pro Bowlers:
– New York Jets
– New Orleans Saints
– Miami Dolphins
– Tennessee Titans— Ari Meirov (@MySportsUpdate) January 2, 2025
The Titans are currently in last place in the AFC South at a record of 3-13.
Notable Titans players such as defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, and running back Tony Pollard all failed to make it.
The Jets aren’t much better, as they sit at a record of 4-12.
Future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers, 1,000-yard wide receiver Garrett Wilson, and multi-purpose running back Breece Hall didn’t have enough votes.
At 5-11, the Saints are also riding the struggle bus.
Even after recording his first season with 1,400+ scrimmage yards since 2020, running back Alvin Kamara was not good enough to make it.
However, despite not having any players named to the Pro Bowl, the Miami Dolphins are 8-8 and still have an outside chance of making the playoffs.
While Tyreek Hill could eclipse 1,000 receiving yards for the fifth consecutive season with a big performance this Sunday, he and other Dolphins players were not seen as Pro Bowl-caliber this year.
Pro Bowl voting is not an exact science, so the biggest and brightest stars don’t always make it.
However, it doesn’t help when your team’s record is .500 or worse.
