Colin Cowherd Says 1 QB Makes Most Sense For Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders are in a bit of a tough spot right now.

They officially released Derek Carr and only have Jarrett Stidham as a potential starter on their roster. They do have a top-10 draft pick, but the chances of landing a franchise QB are always slim.

According to Colin Cowherd, it would be a match made in heaven for Davante Adams to reunite with Aaron Rodgers in Las Vegas:

"Aaron, let’s start with this, has never missed Davante Adams more... The Raiders are also excellent offensively. Aaron is going to a black hole for 4 days. Why not just make it full-time?" (via Herd w/ Colin Cowherd)

Cowherd makes a valid point right here as the Raiders need someone who can uplift them in arguably football’s toughest division, with the Chiefs, Chargers, and Broncos all looking to compete at the highest level.

Rodgers can’t afford to wait for his receiving corps to figure things out and take a huge leap forward in year two; he’s 39 years old, and the clock is ticking on him as well.

The Packers would be thrilled to get a big haul of draft picks and start rebuilding, not to mention getting Rodgers’ massive salary off their books.
