Yankees Stars Make Josh Donaldson Look Like A Kid

Josh Donaldson has arrived at spring training camp with the New York Yankees, and it appears he is already getting acclimated with his new squad.

The Yankees now have a ton of power in their lineup that features Donaldson, Aaron Judge, Anthony Rizzo, Giancarlo Stanton, and Joey Gallo.

But as Donaldson stood next to Judge and Gallo for a picture of the three sluggers, he looked relatively small compared to the latter two, which is saying something, given that Donaldson is actually 6-foot-1.

But Judge and Gallo still tower over him and make him look like a kid in this picture.

A “Small” World

It’s possible that being clean-shaven contributed to Donaldson looking like a kid here.

The Yankees have a policy against facial hair, and Donaldson does look quite a bit younger without his beard.

But to see a big slugger such as Donaldson, who is over six feet tall look short next to two other players is interesting.

Donaldson has a ton of power and is a superstar in his own right.

But standing next to Gallo and Judge makes him look super small, which again, is saying something for the “Bringer of Rain.”

Regardless, Donaldson is a great pickup for the Yankees, and looking short next to other players will be inconsequential if he can continue putting up the same power numbers he’s always put up in his career.

After all, he is the Bringer of Rain, and he looks ready to make it rain some in the Bronx with his tremendous power.

It is still interesting though to see such a big power threat look like a literal child next to other players on the team.
