The New York Yankees are not playing their best baseball as of late.
They have now lost four consecutive games and sit in last place in the American League East.
New York also slipped in the Wild Card standings as well, as they are now 3.5 games behind the Toronto Blue Jays and Houston Astros.
Tommy Kahnle, like the rest of the Yankees, is feeling the frustration mounting.
The veteran reliever had a tough outing against the Los Angeles Angels, allowing a run in the eighth inning and walking two batters.
In response, the right-hander took out his anger on a dugout fan and smashed it to bits after his tough outing.
The MLB podcast “Talkin’ Yanks” tweeted the footage of the incident.

Clearly, Kahnle was very frustrated with himself.
It also is indicative of just how poorly the Yankees have performed as of late.
Kahnle’s frustration boiled over after his outing, and he used everything he had to destroy the dugout fan.
First, the right-hander tossed his glove at the fan, which knocked it to the ground before he proceeded to stomp his foot on it several times.
After Kahnle had calmed down, he got a talking to by manager Aaron Boone, and appeared to accept responsibility for his actions.
The Yankees went on to lose by a final score of 7-3 as their record dropped to 50-47 on the season.
This is the first time since 1990 that the Yankees have been in last place this late in the season.
That was also the last time they finished at the bottom of the pack.
