Quarterback is an important position for any NFL franchise.
Their level of play directly affects the game’s outcome because they navigate the offense.
He is responsible for calling the right plays and adjusting when the defense gives him another look.
Unfortunately, these play-callers did not elevate their game in Week 10 of the 2021 NFL season.
As a result, their teams dropped another game and moved further away from playoff contention.
Here are the quarterbacks that need soul searching to bounce back in Week 11.
3. Mike White
It seemed so long ago when Mike White led the New York Jets to a surprising victory over the Cincinnati Bengals.
After that win, he made some bold declarations about breaking Peyton Manning’s records and being the rightful first overall pick.
However, it was too reckless for the former Western Kentucky standout, especially after the Buffalo Bills sent him back to Earth.
0 TDs, 4 INTs for Mike White.
So no… he won't earn another start.

White completed just 54 percent of his passes (24 of 44) for 251 yards.
But his four interceptions hurt his team the most.
In contrast, Josh Allen completed 21 passes for 366 yards and two touchdowns.
White’s inaccuracy essentially ended the game by the third quarter when the Bills were up 38-3.
Micah Hyde makes it clear Jordan Poyer knew he was the only starting DB without a turnover.

Worse, Joe Flacco threw the Jets’ only receiving touchdown to Elijah Moore in the fourth quarter.
This performance may keep him out of the starting role as the Jets might try Zach Wilson again.
2. Jared Goff
Jared Goff neither won nor lost in Week 10 against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
But while the result felt weird, his poor performance is not because he has been this way all season.
Against Pittsburgh, Goff completed 56 percent of his passes (14 of 25) for 114 yards.
Jared Goff is now 0-15-1 in his career without Sean McVay.
He just had 92 total yards in 5 quarters.

He didn’t throw a touchdown or an interception.
It’s the third game in the last four weeks that the former Pro Bowler failed to convert a touchdown pass.
Though the game ended in a tie, the Steelers’ Mason Rudolph outperformed him.
Pittsburgh’s backup finished with a 60 percent completion rate (30 of 50) for 242 yards, a touchdown, and an interception.
Every young dude born in America grows up wanting to be an NFL quarterback, and somehow we still ended up with Mason Rudolph vs. Jared Goff

Goff and the Detroit Lions are still looking for their first win of the season.
As they continue to seek that breakthrough victory, the calls for Goff getting benched are getting louder.
1. Matt Ryan
Matt Ryan’s best years are behind him.
He has been a Pro Bowler, an All-Pro, Offensive Player of the Year, and league MVP.
But against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10, he did not display the talent that enabled him to win those accolades.
Ryan completed nine passes out of 21 attempts for 117 yards and two interceptions.

He wasn’t able to match Dak Prescott’s 296-yard, two-touchdown performance.
That’s why the Falcons did not put up much opposition against Dallas.
The Cowboys released their frustration from the loss to Denver Broncos by racing to a 36-3 halftime lead.
With the game essentially over, Dallas scored one more touchdown in the third quarter.
Falcons QB Matt Ryan’s final stats against the Cowboys today:
9 of 21 passing, 117 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs, 21.4 passer rating

In contrast, the Falcons did not add to their score after the first quarter.
Ryan could not rally his teammates to bounce back, and they suffered their worst loss this season.
It’s not looking good for Ryan because he will be facing Mac Jones and the New England Patriots on Thursday to start the NFL Week 11 festivities.
