Members of the Golden State Warriors have plenty of reason to take some months off and enjoy their summers.
After all, they just won the NBA Finals a month ago.
But they’ve still all got their minds very much on the game.

That was evident by the amount of Warriors who showed up to support the team during the NBA Summer League.
Sitting courtside, they were getting a good look at some of the new prospects they might be playing alongside in the months ahead.
The Warriors have a lot to prove next season.
Even though they just won it all, their hard work isn’t done.
Warriors Marching On
The chorus of doubters will get even louder next season as the Warriors attempt a Finals repeat.
That’s not easy feat but they have done it before, winning the 2018 Finals following their victory in 2017.
Golden State will be set to have a very successful upcoming season.
But it could be even better because they are adding some new and returning talent, such as James Wiseman, who sat out all of last season due to injury.
There is also the possibility, however slim, that Kevin Durant could leave the Brooklyn Nets in order to return to the Warriors.
If that happens, the Warriors squad you saw last season will be radically different from the one you see next season.
That’s because the Warriors would have to send away a lion’s share of their young talent in order to acquire Durant.
But even if Durant never shows up, the Warriors are still the odds-on favorites to reign supreme in the Western Conference yet again.
Winning is just what this team does.
