For many months, there were people who didn’t think the Golden State Warriors would make the NBA playoffs.
Even though they won the Finals just last year, they have been in bad shape for much of the season.
But their experience and expertise have paid off and the Warriors are the sixth seed in the West, set to face off against the Sacramento Kings in the opening round of the playoffs.
In order to fire up their fanbase, the Warriors released a short video showing Klay Thompson hyping up the crowd.
“The day before,” the video’s caption reads.

On Saturday, the Warriors will try to prove that their immense experience in the postseason is enough to stop a surging Sacramento team.
The Kings have been one of the most impressive and exciting squads in the league.
After years in a playoff drought, they are now the third-best team in their conference and have a chance of really making some noise in the postseason.
However, there are many fans of the Warriors who feel good about this matchup.
That is because the Warriors are one of the most decorated and proven dynasties in NBA history.
Plus, head coach Steve Kerr has an uncanny ability to take out Western Conference foes.
But some people fear that the Warriors’ luck has run out and that this will be the season they fail to make it far in the playoffs.
Both the Warriors and the Kings have a lot to prove in this opening round.
Will the Warriors be able to silence the doubters and find success or will they instead pass the baton to this up-and-coming squad?
