Some people forgot just how powerful the Golden State Warriors are in the playoffs.
The team had a great season and sat towards the top of the Western Conference standings all season long, ultimately ending in third place with a record of 53-29.
Despite that, some people thought that they didn’t have what it took to overcome teams like the Memphis Grizzlies or Dallas Mavericks.
In the end, they will most likely be the last team standing in the West and will make yet another NBA Finals.
That extends an NBA record of 26 consecutive playoff series that the Warriors have won a road game. This core will always get at least one in your building.

A huge part of their postseason success is the fact that they always win an away game even against rowdy fans and difficult teams.
Sunday night’s Game 3 gave them an on-the-road victory against the Mavericks.
That triumph extends the Warriors’ NBA record of 26 consecutive playoff series winning a road game.
No matter who they are playing against and no matter where they are playing the Warriors are going to find a way to win.
Will they improve this record in the NBA Finals?
Warriors’ Winning Ways
Unless something unprecedented happens, the Warriors are about to make another appearance in the Finals.
They will face off against either the Miami Heat or the Boston Celtics.
If the past is any indication, they will win at least once in an away game.
Of course, they will need more than that to secure another championship.
There are plenty of reasons to believe they can win a ring this season.
The team is playing wonderfully together and there are several strong players on the roster.
This isn’t just the Steph Curry show.
Klay Thompson, Jordan Poole, Kevon Looney, Andrew Wiggins, and others have been stepping up again and again.
The Warriors haven’t been this great in a long time – and they are repeatedly proving that.
