The day has arrived.
Finally, after a long and cold winter, we say hello to baseball again.
Pitchers and catchers have reported to spring training.
Football season has come to an end, which means the floor now belongs to America’s favorite pastime.
And players are feeling the excitement too.
Stars all across the league have put in the offseason work and are ready to put their skills to the test in a new MLB season.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is certainly amped up for the start of the 2023 season.
On Twitter, the Toronto Blue Jays posted a brief video of their slugger saying four simple words.

“Welcome to spring training.”
And so, the time has come.
Baseball is back.
Players have reported to camp and are ready to put their skills to the test in 2023.
Guerrero is no different, and is looking forward to putting on a show at the plate and helping lead the Blue Jays to the World Series.
The 23-year-old has already earned a Silver Slugger Award, a Gold Glove, two All-Star selections, and an All-Star Game MVP award.
But he’s just as excited as the rest of us to get going and to have baseball back yet again, and even after the start of spring training, there is plenty to be excited about, as the World Baseball Classic is returning.
Guerrero will be repping the Dominican Republic.
For now, the start of spring training will be enough, but there is more on the way for baseball as we move closer to Opening Day.
