It’s no secret that Los Angeles Angels‘ two-way star Shohei Ohtani takes his craft seriously and prides himself on being somebody who can change the game of baseball for the better.
But even when he’s hitting monster home runs and pitching like a true ace, he knows that there has to be a little bit of levity.
And after his first career grand slam on Monday night against the Tampa Bay Rays, he had himself a nice little celebration, throwing on the cowboy hat that Angels players wear after hitting home runs and running through the entire dugout, high-fiving his teammates before closing it out by embracing Brandon Marsh.

Time To Celebrate “Shotime”
This has to be one of the best celebrations ever had by a player in all of baseball.
The way Ohtani ran through the dugout and high-fived everybody was priceless.
He had the biggest smile on his face and showed us the lighter side of the game.
You could tell he was just having so much fun as he smiled and celebrated with his teammates.
Ohtani is a special talent on the baseball field, but it would seem that he is quite the pro at post-home run celebrations.
Nobody does it better than this guy.
It’s “Shotime” on the field, but it’s also “Shotime” in the dugout when he comes back after hitting a home run.
This man can do it all on the field and do it while having the most fun of his entire life.
That smile says it all.
And the way he closed it out with a nice bro-hug with Marsh was perfect as well.
