The NFL Draft is just 77 days away, but who’s counting?
Many teams will look to draft the future of their team, whether it is at the quarterback position, on the defensive side of the ball, or a mixture of both.
This year’s draft class is said to be loaded with offensive talent, particularly at quarterback.
One of the players who is throwing their hat in the ring is former University of Florida quarterback Anthony Richardson.

Richardson has been a highly-touted prospect.
Seen here, Richardson has an incredible release, one of the best that collegiate football has seen in recent memory.
Many have regarded Richardson as the next Lamar Jackson-type, given that he can scramble with ease, while also possessing elite arm talent.
At Florida, Richardson started just 13 games, and his 2022 season was something to marvel at.
He threw for 2,549 yards, and threw 17 touchdowns, but did add nine interceptions.
Along with his passing statistics, Richardson also ran for 654 yards and nine touchdowns.
One item to note with Richardson’s rushing was his efficiency, averaging 6.3 yards per carry in his final collegiate season.
While Richardson is seen by many as a blue-chip, can’t-miss prospect, others have their definite hesitations.
With players like CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, and Will Levis up for grabs, quarterbacks will likely go quickly in this upcoming draft.
Where will Richardson end up next season?
Many NFL teams are quarterback-needy, and Richardson will need to fit in a scheme that will allow him to rush whenever he wants to.
