On Sunday, the New York Giants won their first playoff game in over ten years, and look to win another against the Philadelphia Eagles this weekend.
The Giants’ success could be attributed to roster changes that they have made or coaching changes in the past few years as well.
However, similar to the Detroit Lions, the overall culture in the organization has changed, which is another contributing factor to its success.
Take a look for yourself.
Love this from #Giants coach Brian Daboll ❤️❤️
After @Young_Slay2 dropped the big 3rd down pass that might've cost NYG the game, Brian Daboll came over to let him know how he important he is to the team.
Team captain @saquon did the same 👏 pic.twitter.com/qE4nAX79LT

In their game against the Minnesota Vikings this past weekend, Darius Slayton dropped a pass from Daniel Jones in a huge moment.
On a team with a bad culture, or even on the Giants in the past, Slayton might have been treated poorly or benched.
However, his teammates rallied around him, talking to him in a time of need.
Slayton knew how big this moment was for the Giants.
He knew that he made a mistake, and, for his coaches and teammates to lift him instead of tearing him down was an incredibly positive sight to see.
Yes, NFL players are big and strong, and they make a lot of money to get tackled, tackle others, and catch and throw a football.
Beyond all of that, however, is a person.
A person who craves value, and who is likely just seeking some sort of meaning and purpose in the crazy world that we live in.
Well done, Giants.
You have created a culture of growth and positivity, which is a massive contributor to your success.
