Russell Westbrook will give the Los Angeles Clippers a different kind of energy.
And while that might not be just what they needed right now, one thing’s for sure: He’s never going to back down from anybody.
Westbrook has proven to be a fierce competitor, and he won’t hesitate to get in your face if you cross the line with him.
That has become a common trend with him and some rival fans, but he’s not going down to their level anymore.
Instead, Westbrook has now opted for getting those trash-talking and heckling fans tossed from the arena.
He did that again when the Clippers lost to the Sacramento Kings, and it even seemed like he was having some fun while he was doing it.

Some people will argue that professional athletes should be able to deal with hecklers, and they might be right.
However, there’s a fine line between talking trash and being disrespectful, and some fans think they’re above everything and everybody just because they’re paying for an expensive ticket.
So, while the players should be able to shut down all that outside noise, that doesn’t give people the right to just yell anything at them with full immunity.
It’s time the fans start living up to the standards they set for the players, so props to Westbrook for taking matters into his own hands to teach them a lesson.
