LeBron James is undoubtedly one of the greatest players in NBA history.
However, as great as he is, he’s still not a part of the Los Angeles Lakers’ Mt. Rushmore, and he might never be.
At least, that’s how a big portion of Lakers fans seem to feel about him, which is fair, considering he hasn’t been around for that long.
But even though he’ll never have the same impact on the franchise as some of the many legends that suited up before him, he still led them to their most recent NBA championship.
Nonetheless, it seems like one Lakers fan wasn’t impressed by the championship run in the bubble, so he got into a heated altercation with James during the loss to the Los Angeles Clippers.
A now-viral clip shows LeBron pointing at his finger while the fan lets him know that the bubble ring doesn’t count.

That narrative of the “bubble ring” has been around for quite a while now, even before James and the Lakers won it.
Truth be told, that championship season has been a bit of an outlier in James’ tenure in Southern California.
The Lakers have struggled to even make the playoffs in every season he’s been there, except for that one.
So, you could make a case that James’ stint with the Lakers hasn’t exactly been successful.
But then again, there’s no such thing as an asterisk ring or an easy NBA championship.
And even if that guy isn’t a fan of James, he should be thankful to him for leading them back to the top after more than a decade of struggles.
